No job too small
Our Leeds director Richard Parkin was recently instructed to collect a small, well-spread ledger from a Leeds-based IP who'd set up on his own.
To help his new business, we agreed to do it on a no fee basis if collections turned out to be only a few thousand pounds.
Of course, we still put in the same amount of effort chasing up the debts and completed the instruction quickly, efficiently and with great success by recovering 92% on what could have proved to be a challenging ledger.
We also attended site in the early stages on a weekend to meet with the former director to collect the office computer which contained invoices/PODs.
Our new client was delighted with the outcome and agreed that we should take a fee.
